How do I know
if I need a
new roof?
Roof Age
How old is your roof? If it’s over 20 years old, you should have one of our team of professionals inspect your roof.
Shingles Damage
Curling, buckling and or loss of granules - the shingles could be past their life expectancy and warrants a roof inspection.
Missing Shingles
Once the underside of the shingle is exposed to the elements, especially wind, your home might be in danger of a roof leak the next time it rains or the snow melts. Extensive buildup of moisture is called “waterlogging” and that can cause wood rot, mold, and possibly damage to the drywall. This will cost you much more to repair than a missing shingle.
